Bellingham Homes is passionate about quality construction. Our ethos is to build as sympathetically as we can within the environment of each property and only using the best materials we can source. From siberian larch to hand made bricks to custom made bi fold doors we try and include materials and methods which create a perfect lifestyle for our residents.

Where possible we like to include underfloor heating in the downstairs as standard which is a significantly more environmentally friendly way of heating your new home. Coupled with this we believe in adding as much insulation as possible to make running costs and subsequently environmental costs as low as possible. We believe in future proofing our houses
